Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Buttery pastry with lemon zest oils.

Taste:

Vegetal stewed cabbage, buttery pastry, lemon zest and lemon curd.

Aftertaste:

Hot and spicy with lemon zest.
