Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Newly polished oak table with a fruit basket of strawberries, apricots, apple and vanilla. Faint note of damp cellar.

Taste:

Buttery stewed apple pie with cinnamon spice.

Aftertaste:

Flaky pastry, leather, cinnamon and black pepper.
