Clear, deep amber.
Tree bark, leather, pear fruit and restrained cigar box. Water reveals honeyed notes.
Chewy and slightly sweet with roast chestnuts, very gentle spice, charcoal and tropical fruit. A splash of water opens to amplify orchard fruit and more honey.
Burnt pastry and sweet smoke.
