Review and Tasting

Sampled on 18/11/2013

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with greeny tinge.

Aroma:

Crème anglaise, tarte tatin, digestive (graham cracker) biscuits and pink Hubba Bubba gum with subtle cinnamon and passion fruit.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, buttery pastry with cream-of-soda vanilla, peachy fruit and watermelon. Perfectly drinkable at 48% but water mellows to amplify vanilla fruity pastry.

Aftertaste:

Spice comes out in the still mellow and pastry sweet finish. Easy and slightly sweet.
