Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber.

Aroma:

Green apple skin, dried apple slices, tinned peaches and dried apricot with sherry, green grapes and chocolate biscuit.

Taste:

Spicy green apple with burnt Christmasy cake currants, honeyed sweetness, mocha coffe and a touch eucalyptus.

Aftertaste:

Mocha coffee and nutmeg spice. A big sweet and heavy winter’s evening malt.
