Produced by Speciality Drinks as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series, this 21 year old Tamnavulin was bottled in September 2013 from cask number 5849 filled in 1991. Bottled without chill filtration the cask yielded 328 bottles which were launched at London's 2013 Whisky Show.

Appearance:

Clear, very pale golden.

Aroma:

Oily and waxy. Balsa wood, red apple and dried pear. Water releases sappy woody notes.

Taste:

Light bodied and fruity – apple, pear.

Aftertaste:

Pear, spice and maltyness.
