Appearance:

Clear, golden amber with bright gold flecks.

Aroma:

Fruity and floral with ripe plum, stewed and dried fruits, fruitcake, apple pie, toasted almond, violet, rose petals, vanilla, delicate lightly spiced buttery oak and cigar box.

Taste:

Genteel with generous vanilla and buttery pastry flavours with raisons, sultanas, prunes, figs, plums, citrus zest, gentle nutmeg and cinnamon spiced oak.

Aftertaste:

Caramel, vanilla and plum linger with light spiced, acorn and tobacco leaf. Light and very approachable.
