Released Thursday 5th December as one of two first whiskies by Adnams produced in French and American oak casks laid down during the Copper House Distillery’s first week of operation. This single malt was aged for three years exclusively in new French oak barrels. Bottled without chill-filtration.

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Spicy toasted oak, freshly cut pine, pine cones, chocolate, mocha coffee, cloves and camphor.

Taste:

A whisky with upfront woody youthful exuberance, pine freshness and cracked black pepper spiced oak smoothed by salty butter and faint nutty dark chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Pencil shavings and toasty, spicy, buttery oak.
