Produced exclusively for The Whisky Exchange by Signatory, this 17 year old Clynelish was bottled 23 September 2013 from cask number 12794 filled in 1995. The refill sherry cask yielded 622 bottles.

Appearance:
Clear, coppery golden amber.
Aroma:
Red apple and leather, cinnamon and black pepper with tinned pineapple. Water amplifies black pepper spice.
Taste:
Cinnamon and peppery spice with waxy red apple and baked apple pie. This sherried malt takes a splash of water well to release ripe grape, apple and pear.
Aftertaste:
Cinnamon, oak and apple cider.
