Texels Bockbier (Texel Bock) is a seasonal, beer brewed from barley and four different types of roasted malt (pale and roasted) and lagered for a long period of time. This unfiltered, bottle-fermented beer contains some yeast sediment and is recommended to be served at 8-10ºC.

Appearance:

Clear, mahogany brown appearance with minimal beige head.

Aroma:

Yeasty, roasted malty nose with coffee bean and toffee aromas.

Taste:

Malty, liquorice and espresso coffee, bitter palate.

Aftertaste:

Roasted coffee and liquorice finish.
