Appearance:

(sample ref: 2840, dated Sep 2011) Clear, deep coppery amber.

Aroma:

Plump raisons, raspberries, cherries and sandalwood with vanilla and light peppery spice.

Taste:

Buttery vanilla fudge and spicy – black pepper and cinnamon with sultana fruit.

Aftertaste:

Spicy vanilla fudge and leather.
