This variation on Drouet’s XO Cuvee Ulysse was developed for cigar smokers and the packaging includes a space in which to fit a cigar. The cognacs used in the blend are aged between 15-25 years.

Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber with burnished copper glints.

Aroma:

Dried apple, cherries, blackberries and raspberries with shortcrust pastry and floral daffodils.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, buttery pastry with dried white fruit – particularly apple – and cinnamon spiced oak.

Aftertaste:

Vanilla and cherry with lightly nutmeg spiced oak and grilled almond. Slight lingering smokiness – made for cigar smokers.
