Appearance:
(sample bottled 30-Aug-13, best before 30-Nov-13) best before Cloudy, pale straw yellow with white head.
Aroma:
Very citrusy and slightly stinky with notes of lemon meringue.
Taste:
Bitter white grapefruit zest, bitter grassy and metallic hops.
Aftertaste:
Dry, piney and metallic (in a good way).
