Appearance:
Clear, burnished copper golden amber with green tinges.
Aroma:
Rich, Muscovado sugar, treacle nose, maple syrup with almonds, cherry fruit, tobacco and leather aroma nose.
Taste:
Fruity, maple syrup, honey bitter-sweet palate with creamy oak, toffee, cherry and coffee flavours.
Aftertaste:
Dark bitter chocolate and espresso coffee dominate finish. Lasting bitterness.
