Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber with bight bronze glints.

Aroma:

Fruit cake, dried tropical fruit, peach skin, toasted oak and apple pie with tobacco leaf and light cinnamon spice.

Taste:

Fruity, rounded and complex. Dried fruit, stewed plums, figs, apricot and leather with elegant cinnamon spiced toasty oak.

Aftertaste:

Lightly spiced with blackened fruit cake and lingering cinnamon.
