Launched July 2013, Riggs Shrub was created by and is named after Ed Rigg, the fruit juice entrepreneur behind Eager Drinks. Riggs is a modern day interpretation of the fruit shrubs which were popular 17th and 18th centuries.

Appearance:

Clear, burgundy red with cherry red glints.

Aroma:

Red wine-like, jammy strawberries, blackberries and raspberries with overripe banana, buttercream and white pepper.

Taste:

Mildly sweet with rich jammy raspberry and blackberry with balancing fruit tannins and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Red wine, black pepper and lingering cream-of-soda vanilla.
