This "not from concentrate" juice is pressed from a variety of European apples with added Antioxidant (ascorbic acid). Once opened Eager Apple juice should be refrigerated and drink within 5 days of opening.

Appearance:

(sample carton best before Jun-18) Opaque with visible "bits of apple", pale sandy yellow.

Aroma:

Freshly squeezed apple juice, think tart Cox apples with notes of bakers' flour and honeysuckle blossom.

Taste:

Refreshing slight tartness balances the faint natural sweetness of the juice.

Aftertaste:

Clean, red apple with faint acidity.

Overall:

An excellent example of a packaged apple juice which resembles freshly pressed juice.
