Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Leather, linseed oil impregnated hessian sack, confectioner's custard and poached pear.

Taste:

Confectioner's custard, vanilla, subdued toasted oak and toasted almond with cinnamon and nutmeg spice.

Aftertaste:

Linseed oil and creamy vanilla with mild lingering black pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg spice.
