Honey Spice IPA is a bottled conditioned IPA brewed with three grains (Best Pale Ale and Caramel Malts, Wheat) and infused with whole cone hops in the boil and dry hopped with a blend of four US varieties (Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe, Citra).
It is then spiced with ground peppercorns and sweetened with honey.
