Gun Club Gin is a “Naval strength gin” double distilled from organic wheat in Sun Liquor’s copper pot still and rested in stainless steel before bottling. Fresh and dry botanicals are steeped in the spirit after the first distillation for 48 hours prior to the second distillation.

Originally launched as a seasonal offering but now made year round, Gun Club Gin is flavoured with 13 fresh and dry botanicals including: juniper berries, coriander seed, cassia bark, orris root, birch leaves, angelica root, fresh orange peel and fresh organic cranberries.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Nutty angelica root and piney juniper lead with basil-like fresh herbal aromas and a touch of spice.

Taste:

Mushroom/nutty/damp woody notes (we assume are angelica) combine brilliantly with pine fresh juniper, freshening coriander and enlivening spice.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering freshening spice.
