Spelt Krucefix with an ‘e’ rather than Krucifix with an ‘I’, this pine liqueur is one of a range made by Krucefix, a small family-owned distillery based in the Slovenian village of Križe, in the foothills of the Alps at 525 metres above sea level near the Austrian-Slovenian border.

Krucefix Mountain Pine liqueur is made using Krucefix mountain pine eau de vie as the base with syrup extracted from the conifer tree cones. Like the other products in the Krucefix range, this pine liqueur is produced only using natural products, mostly locally sourced, without any chemical preservatives, artificial colours or emulsifiers.

The bottles are hand-labelled and due to the artisanal production method used no two batches are identical, hence each bottle is labelled with the date it was made.
