Appearance:
(sample bottled 08/May/14, best before 08/May/15) Hazy, straw yellow with retentive thin white head and light lacing.
Aroma:
Grapefruit zest, overripe banana and cloves with raw sweetcorn and faint ginger.
Taste:
Zesty grapefruit, lemongrass, sweetcorn and faint fresh ginger root.
Aftertaste:
Lingering grapefruit bitterness with lemongrass.
