Appearance:
(sample bottled 02/Apr/14, best before 02/Apr/15) Hazy bright yellow-amber with retentive thick white head and light lacing.
Aroma:
French baguette crust, yeast and white pepper corns.
Taste:
Clean, fresh and refreshing. Medium bodied, spicy, pineapple, white grapefruit with piney hops and white pepper.
Aftertaste:
Dry, cleansing pine hops and black pepper spice.
