Appearance:

Clear, light to mid-golden amber. Bright.

Aroma:

Pungent and very floral but in a refined way. Lily and apple blossom, pear fruit and delicate nutty oak with a touch of vanilla.

Initially sweet and fruity with strong blossom before acidity and spice balances. Hints of citrus, black tea leaves and vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Fruity, floral and oaky. Very complex.
