Sampled on 11/09/2014
Clear, golden amber.
Not quite ripe pineapple, melon, daffodil, clementine and green apple skin with vanilla and delicate toasty oak. Spicier and oakier (toasty) with vanilla when water is added.
More unripe pineapple, green apple skin and gooseberries. Almost creamy, verging on buttery vanilla fudge with water.
Pineapple again with candlewax, sandalwood and resinous pine.
