Clear, golden amber.
Toasted pencil shavings, grass, cigarette ash and toffee. Water opens grassiness with crushed mint leaves.
Peat is initially subdued but then kicks in and grows. Menthol, chamois leather, peachy fruit and light saltiness. Water subdues peat and reveals apple fruit.
Long chewy finish with maritime saltiness and lingering peat-smoke.
