Appearance:
Clear, deep golden amber.
Aroma:
Peaty, toasty and buttery with faint chocolate, citrus and smoke. Slightly oily. Turns smokier with water.
Taste:
Pepper and spice with smoked meaty nuttiness. Light ginger, citrus and dark chocolate. Falls to pieces with water - go easy.
Aftertaste:
Long, with crushed mint leaves, ginger and wood smoke.
