Made in small batches of 250 cases, Regal Rogue is Australia's first native vermouth, based on a blend of Australian Semillon and Shiraz wine flavoured with wattleseed, pepperberry, thyme, orange, cocoa nibs, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.

Appearance:

Clear, pale ruby red.

Aroma:

Red grape juice, cinnamon, candied ginger and clove with black pepper and thyme.

Taste:

Cracked black pepper, red wine, ripe strawberry, cinnamon, candied ginger and clove.

Aftertaste:

Red grape juice and pronounced cracked black pepper with candied ginger and faint clove. Overall: Powerful herb and spice notes are perhaps a little too muscular.
