Appearance:

Clear, light golden yellow.

Aroma:

A shortbread, grassy nose with aromas of grist, hay, lemon curd/zest, a pinch of custard power and cracked black pepper.

Taste:

Youthful, oaky, lightly spicy palate with malty biscuity and shortbread sweetness which turns drier as burnt toast, walnut flavours emerge.

Aftertaste:

Nutty burnt toast finish with lemon grass and cracked black pepper spice.
