Review and Tasting

Sampled on 12/11/2014

Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Dehydrated pineapple, char-grilled peach, vanilla and faint match box striking strip.

Taste:

Sweet dried pineapple, boiled sweets/hard candy, sweet malt, honey and vanilla perfectly balance coal tar, sulphur, dry oak and clove spice.

Aftertaste:

Long coal tar, sulphur and spice finish made into something to cherish thanks to candy-like sweet dried pineapple.
