Brimstone is the third release of Balcones' Texas corn whisky (which contains no 'e' like most American whiskey. Rather than using Scottish peat smoke to impart smoky aromas, it is smoked with sun-baked Texas scrub oak using a 'secret' process.

Brimstone is sold in hand-numbered and dated bottles.

Toasted corn tortilla nose with wafts of dying campfire ember smoke and aromas of plump dried tomatoes and sea salt.

Long-lasting, dry smoky, well-done crispy bacon finish. A big bold corn whisky as befits its Texas origins.
