An unfiltered red ale with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Non-filtered and non-pasteurised so expect some settled yeast sediment in the bottle.

Appearance:

(sample best before 12/Dec/15) Hazy, golden amber with quickly diminishing thick off white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Malty caramel with yeasty brown bread, toasted nuts and sultana fruit.

Taste:

Medium bodied and lightly sweet with yeasty brown bread, toasty malt and milt grassy hops.

Aftertaste:

Bready finish with mild spice.
