55 Vodka is made from British Maris Piper potatoes sourced from Cambridgeshire, England using a 200 litre copper alembic still.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Minerality, wet slate, graphite, pastry and white pepper. Water exposes more estery notes and crusty baked potato skin. Estery notes quickly dissipate when left in the glass so greatly improving the nose.

Taste:

Pastry with a faint sweetness and peppery spice, brown bread and estery alcohol. Water reveal more estery notes.

Aftertaste:

Crusty baked potato skin and black pepper spice.
