Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

More subdued than some other mastihas, but with a clean mastiha aroma with some minerality.

Taste:

This mastiha is dry with faint balancing sweetness. The reduction in sugar compared to other mastihas makes the mastiha flavour more subdued but it is superbly clean and balanced.

Aftertaste:

Lingering mastiha flavour with very mild peppery spice. Very refreshing.

Overall:

As the name suggests this mastiha is differentiated by its dryness when compared to other syrupy liqueur-like Mastihas. Very refreshing in peppermint-like way.
