As the name suggests, Bluecoat Barrel reserve is produced by aging Bluecoat American Dry Gin in new American oak barrels for a minimum of three months.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Freshly sawn cedar wood and caramel with herbaceous, geranium, honeysuckle, black pepper and lavender aromas.

Taste:

Dry spicy oak with tea-like tannins, eucalyptus, pine, vanilla and caramel.

Aftertaste:

Lemongrass emerges in the long spicy oak and new leather influenced finish.

Overall:

Wood flavours and dry tannins dominate this American dry gin with eucalyptus, pine, vanilla and caramel.
