Clear, yellow-green.
Herbal, grassy wormwood with gentian, lemon balm, anise, orange, mint, oregano and white pepper spice.
Bittersweet with pronounced wormwood. Grassy, sweet white grapes, gentian bitterness, oregano, sage and zesty citrus.
Long lingering wormwood and gentian bitterness with white grapes and herbal complexity.
To be termed a 'vermouth' requires a product to contain some wormwood. As this vermouth's name suggests it contains generous quantities of Artemisia absinthium and so has pronounced bitterness.
