Kalani is made using fresh coconut milk from Yellow Dwarf Coconuts infused in Mexican sugar cane rum. The coconuts are harvested at a plantation in the Yucatan, shredded and pressed to release their milk.

Desiccated coconut, toasted coconut and coconut macaroon with peppery rum notes.
Coconut icing, toasted coconut with faint chocolate notes. Syrupy mouthfeel but with sweetness balanced by peppery bite from the rum.
Toasted coconut, coconut icing sugar and black pepper rum bite with faint chocolate.
Heavier, more syrupy sweet and intensely coconut flavoured than many of its competitive set with accompanying peppery rum notes.
