Clear, mid-golden amber.
Pungent and estery with tropical fruits, burnt raisons, scorched paper, pear drops, treacle, vanilla and allspice.
Full-bodied – this is a huge rum. Fruity esters, golden syrup, smouldering wood, treacle, molasses, gingerbread, overripe banana and sweet grilled pineapple with nutmeg.
Treacle, tropical fruit, gingerbread and cracked black pepper.
Pungent, dunder-like and estery with tropical fruit, gingerbread and warming spice.
