Appearance:
(sample bottle best before 16/May/17) Clear, with lively bubbles.
Aroma:
Pine forest freshness with faint citrus zest and mild quinine.
Taste:
Mild quinine bitterness and clean flavour with gentle carbonation with faint citrus. Well-balanced and not sweet.
Aftertaste:
Minerally finish with subtle quinine bitterness.
Overall:
Well-balanced in both flavour and sweetness – indeed this tonic water is on the dry side. Pleasingly fresh with attractive subtle citrus.
