Distilled in Vancouver Canada, this classically styled London Dry Gin from Long Table Distillery is based on 100% Canadian neutral grain spirit distilled in a 300 litre Christian Carl copper pot still with eight traditional London Dry botanicals, all macerated in-situ prior to final distillation.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pine, pine nuts, lavender, celery and fennel with faint cinnamon, nutmeg and white pepper.

Taste:

Clean and fresh. Piney juniper, celery, light zesty citrus and faint cashew nuttiness with enlivening black pepper spice. Water amplifies fresh celery notes.

Aftertaste:

Assertive white pepper spice, celery and lingering pine freshness.

Overall:

Superbly clean and fresh. Classic London dry in style with pronounced celery (angelica seed perhaps) and strong peppery spice.
