A Czech style gluten free lager brewed in Ireland using Irish Pale and Munich malts with Saaz and Cascade hops. The brewers say “Brú Lager is inspired by the legend of Fionn Mac Cumhaill, the golden haired leader of the Fianna Warriors from the ancient books of Irish mythology.”

Appearance:

Clear, coppery golden amber with retentive thick white head and creamy lacing.

Aroma:

Freshly cut hay, sweetcorn and white pepper with red apple and wet wood.

Taste:

Medium-bodied and characterful with a creamy mouthfeel. Sweetcorn maltiness, mild grassy hops and faint vegetal notes.

Aftertaste:

Sweetcorn maltiness and cracked black pepper.

Overall:

A characterful Irish lager with freshly cut hay, creamy sweetcorn, white pepper spice and faint red apple.
