Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Woody zesty citrus, wormwood and orange with rooty and herbal complexity.
Taste:
Bittersweet. Zesty orange, vanilla, cinnamon and black pepper spice with bitter rootiness.
Aftertaste:
Bitter orange zest, sweet vanilla, cinnamon and black pepper spice.
Overall:
Bittersweet with a quinine-like notes, zesty orange, vanilla and enlivening cinnamon and black pepper spice.
