Each of Upright's bottled saisons is differentiated only by a number a throwback to the Belgian tradition of naming beers after gravity units. Four is the lightest and least alcoholic the saisons they produce.

Appearance:

Hazy, pale sandy yellow with thick retentive white head with light lacing.

Aroma:

Floral hops with coriander, lavender and rose water. Baked cider apple and pear with faint passion fruit.

Taste:

Tart and yeasty with cider apple, peppery spice and hints of lavender.

Aftertaste:

Tartness continues through the lightly spiced finish.

Overall:

Light to medium-bodied with tart cider apple and peppery spice with lavender notes.
