Appearance:
(sample bottle BBE 10/May/17) Hazy, sandy yellow with thin but retentive off-white head.
Aroma:
Zesty lemon, lemongrass, lemon thyme and white pepper.
Taste:
Light to medium-bodied. Dry with lively carbonation. Lemon thyme, lemongrass and piney hops.
Aftertaste:
Dry, long finish. Lemongrass, lemon thyme, white bread and white pepper.
Overall:
Lemongrass dominates this light to medium-bodied ale with lemon thyme and white pepper.
