Appearance:

(sample tested BBE Sep/17) Thick – coats and clings to inside of glass. Opaque, deep cerise.

Aroma:

Strawberry jam.

Taste:

Sweet and syrupy. Strawberry jam. Strawberry Mivvi. Thick mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Strawberry jam.

Overall:

More reminiscent of strawberry jam than fresh strawberry but offering great convenience of use and a long shelf-life. An attractive option for cocktail use.
