An everyday drinking ale brewed with extra pale base malts and generous late hop additions throughout the last 20 minutes of the boil, plus a huge dose of dry hops.
IBU: 35
Malt: Extra Pale
Hops: Magnum, Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret, Mosaic
Sampled on 19/02/2017
(sample can 15/Mar/17) Hazy, pale sandy yellow with retentive thick off-white head and good lacing.
Floral and citrusy with white bread crust.
Citrus hop forward, but not aggressively so with pronounced and attractive floral notes over a white crusty bread malty base.
Dry and tart citrusy finish with biscuit maltiness.
A session strength IPA with citrusy hops more than making up for the subdued alcohol and pleasing floral notes and a white crusty bread/biscuity base.
