Hazy, pale rust orange with persistent fat bubbles.
Aroma:
Zesty tangerine and bergamot orange with faint dried apricot.
Taste:
Clean and well-balanced with high carbonation. Zesty tangerine and bergamot orange with citric acidity balancing faint sweetness.
Aftertaste:
Lingering bergamot orange zest.
Overall:
This zesty tangerine and bergamot soda has a complexity and balance that makes it a great stand-alone refreshing beverage. However, try mixing with a good añejo tequila to appreciate this sodas mixability.
