Appearance:

Clear, dark, almost chestnut golden amber with copper highlights.

Aroma:

Jasmine blossom and honeysuckle leap out of this most floral of cognacs with delicate Indian spice, cigar tobacco, cigar box and maple syrup / maple wood aromas.

Taste:

Initial sweet fruity palate quickly turns dry as spicy flavours build - delightfully so - with complex layers of Christmas pudding fruit and wood.

Aftertaste:

Flavours from the palate extend into the warm cinnamon spice influenced, well oaked finish.
