Appearance:

Clear, dark, mahogany amber with burnished copper highlights.

Aroma:

Dried yet plump fruit, Christmas cake, crystallised orange zest, dark cacao chocolate, leathery nose with delicate faint star anise and curry spice.

Taste:

Huge, chocolaty, spicy, very slightly sweet palate with layers of fruit and floral flavours interspersed with leathery soft fudge.

Aftertaste:

Mouth-coating, long-lasting, old leather satchel stuffed with dried fruit, vanilla and Indian spice finish.
