Appearance:

Deep, coppery amber with retentive off-white head and spotted lacing.

Aroma:

Caramel, toffee apple and prunes with brazil nuts and faint mocha coffee.

Taste:

Caramel, cooked apple juice, mixed nuts, dried fruit and lightly piney hops.

Aftertaste:

Lingering malt with grassy and pine hops.
